At Raha Signatures, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our valued customers. However, if you wish to cancel an order, please read the following terms carefully:
- Order Cancellation by Customer:
- Before Shipment: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it if the product has not been shipped. To cancel, please contact our customer support team at rahasignatures@gmail.com .
- After Shipment: Unfortunately, we cannot process cancellations once the product has been shipped. However, you may be eligible for a return or exchange after receiving the product. Please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy for more details.
- Cancellation by Raha Signatures:
- Raha Signatures reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances such as product unavailability, payment issues, or incorrect pricing. In such cases, the customer will be notified, and the full amount will be refunded.
- Refund Process for Cancellations:
- For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. The amount will be credited to the original payment method used.
